Although We will take reasonable security precautions regarding Information collected through the Website, due to the open nature of the Internet, We cannot guarantee that any Information will be free from unauthorized access, and We herby disclaim any liability for any theft or loss of, unauthorized access or damage to, or interception of any Information, data or communications.  By using the Website you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.

This Privacy Policy only applies to the Website.  We try to link only to websites that share Our high standards and respect for User privacy.  However, we cannot be responsible for the content or privacy practices employed by other websites.  Therefore, We encourage users to review the privacy policies of these websites before disclosing any Information.

Customer Accounts

Authorized Users, who create an account on the Website, will receive a user ID and private password that can be used to gain access to the Authorized User’s account.  Certain Authorized Users, when expressly authorized by Unified in writing, may distribute user IDs and passwords to its employees and agents whom the Authorized User has authorized to transact business on the Website on behalf of the Authorized User.  Users are forbidden from using another’s account without permission. 

When creating an account, Users must provide accurate and complete information.  Authorized Users are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on their accounts and, therefore, must keep their user IDs and account passwords secure.  Authorized Users must notify Unified immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of their accounts.

Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time.  Use of Information we collect online is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time such Information is used.  We will post any changes to the Privacy Policy on the Website. 

How You Can Access Or Correct Information

Authorized Users can access, update or correct their account information at any time by logging into their account through the Website.
