PORTLAND, ORE. — Shareholders of Unified Western Grocers, Inc., the largest retailer-owned wholesale grocery cooperative in the Western United States, re-elected Louis A. Amen, Chairman, Super A Foods, Inc., Los Angeles, to a one-year term as Chairman of the Board at the organization's first Annual Shareholders Meeting, held here on February 15.
